Desde que ganó en 2008, con tan sólo 12 años, el concurso de talentos Open Mic UK, la cantante británica no deja de recibir premios, discos de platino y reconocimientos de la crítica especializada.
El año 2014 publicó su segundo album llamado Fire Within que incluye Birdy, otro temazo para Abrir Las Venas y disfrutar.
